Before & after

Flip between the site Actually Wear had and the one we built. Same business, same products — a completely different reason to stay.

  • Products and prices visible above the fold
  • Real checkout instead of a quote request
  • Loads in under a second on mobile
  • Designed from scratch — no template

The problem

Actually Wear sells custom-printed apparel — the kind of purchase where the buyer needs to picture their own logo on the item before they will spend anything. The old site made that impossible.

The homepage opened on a flat template hero, followed by a wall of stock-photo tiles that could have belonged to any business in any industry. Nowhere on the first screen was there an actual product, an actual price, or an actual way to buy.

The only call to action was "Get a quote", which led to a contact form. Every sale, no matter how small, had to pass through a manual back-and-forth before the customer could pay.

What we changed

Put the product first

The hero now shows real garments with real branding applied, so a visitor understands what they are buying within the first second — not after three scrolls.

Prices in the open

Products and prices sit above the fold. Nobody has to request a quote to find out whether the product is in their budget.

A real checkout

The quote form was replaced with a Shopify storefront. Customers pick, customise and pay in one sitting, with no manual step in between.

Built for phones first

The rebuilt store loads in under a second on mobile, which is where most of the traffic arrives.

The result

The site now does the selling. Instead of collecting quote requests and answering them one by one, Actually Wear has a storefront that takes an order start to finish without anyone having to be at a desk.
